"Option X vs Y. X wins on latency, Y wins on cost. I'd pick X because the SLO says..."
Pacing & Signposting
"I'll spend 2 minutes on data, then 5 on the agent loop, then close on eval."
Pushback Handling
"That's a fair concern — let me update the design" vs sticking to your ground politely.
