Service Description

AgenticPrep.ai is an AI engineer interview preparation platform offering study guides, interactive system design challenges, AI-powered design reviews, knowledge-based questions, and scenario-based interview practice. The platform covers topics including LLM agents, RAG pipelines, MCP protocol, system design, and production architecture.

Account Registration

To access premium features, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

Subscription and Billing

AgenticPrep.ai offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are available on monthly and yearly billing cycles, with pricing in USD and INR.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize Razorpay to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid period.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not abuse, overload, or interfere with the AI review system
  • Do not redistribute, resell, or republish platform content without permission
  • Do not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the platform
  • Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
  • Do not use the platform to harass, defame, or harm others

Intellectual Property

All content on AgenticPrep.ai — including text, diagrams, code examples, and design challenges — is the intellectual property of AgenticPrep.ai and is protected by copyright.

System designs and solutions you create in the Design Studio remain your intellectual property. By submitting designs for AI review, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them through our AI review pipeline.

AI-Generated Content

The AI-powered design reviews provided through the Design Studio are informational and educational in nature. They are generated by third-party AI models and are not a guarantee of interview success, design correctness, or professional advice. You should use AI feedback as one input among many in your preparation.

Limitation of Liability

AgenticPrep.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access premium content ends immediately. We may also discontinue or modify the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
